Fished the Rush yesterday afternoon until about an hour before sunset.

Stream was low and gin clear. Tough fishing conditions to say the least.

Between my buddy and I we were able to hook up with 4 fish and missed 2 more. Nothing of any size to report.

Anybody else able to get out?

FryingPan and I scouted a new stream that I had caught a few on before. Total bust. Went to a familiar brookie hole and we got a dozen or so. Water was 12-18" lower than normal, and gin clear also. I got a couple very pretty ones including the one below. Dan got a picture of my other one. The highlight of the day was Dan's catch of an 8-9 inch brookie with a hook jaw. Unfortuantely, neither of us got a picture of it. With that being a mature fish, it tells you that we were fishing small water.

I'm headed out to the Rush in about an hour. Plan to spend all day on the water. Will post a report tomorrow morning...

Was wondering where that picture was going to pop up. Guess its time to get your other fish off my camera...

That's a beauty of a shot dan. Would be thinking about framing that for sure.
