Rod retails new for $280. Lightly used the rod for one spring/summer. Lifetime warranty. Great lake run nymphing rod, and can throwing big streamers and poppers a mile. Found a great deal on a Sage, already have a backup, and it's too good of a rod to sit unused. Would be a great first big stick. Shoot me PM if interested.

For sure. I believe you're a toothy critter guy. Over lined with 9 wt line it can really chuck some meaty flies.

After thinking on it some more, I am gonna pass. Rather than upgrade my 8wt, which works fine, I am gonna go up to a 9wt so I have a bit heavier rod for the bigger flies.
