+1 for shoe goo!

Otherwise Redington Crosswater can be found under$100 or Field and Stream sportsman waders right in that same price point. CADDIS also makes a wader for $100

I know this post is old but in the future Sierra trading post usually has some under $100.

Been using these for about six years now: Cabelas Stockingfoot Hip Waders.

Obviously not a replacement for full chest waders. But for about 90 percent of the time they're all you'll need on most Driftless Area streams. For the price, you could afford to replace them every year. Although I usually get three seasons (60+ outings) out of mine. They go on sale for around $50 a least a couple times a year.

I have compass 360 hip waders for $79 and boots for $44. I really like them. The boots a light weight and the waders are nice quality.
