My typical beer selection is Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Toppling Goliath's Psuedo Sue, or Bell's Two-Hearted. However, recently I've found myself enjoying Milwaukee Brewing Co's O-Gii beer. It's an interesting beer (interesting in a good way), kind of a mix of tea and beer. Don't scoff. Give it a try.

You and I have similar tastes in beer sir. Check out Ale Asylum or Karbon4 Brewery's offerings. I see you're from LaCrosse... Does Pearl Street Brewery do anything interesting?

The Pale Ale and Downtown Brown from Pearl Street are very good. I just wish they canned some of their beers to allow me to put it in my fishing pack.
