The Fly Shack has some great deals on Simms boots right now. Up to half off (limited sizes available).

I tried on a pair of Simms women's boots once just to see if I could find a better fit. They were very narrow compared to the men's boot. However, for street shoes I wear a size 10EEEE, so if you have narrower feet the women's boot might work. I've found the standard men's Simms boot works great for me (width wise) with an added insole to beef up the instep support

I have fred flinstone feet. wide AND thick Blink

my feet are so fat that I tear up footwear from the stress on the stitching. I'd have to have custom footwear made to have proper fitting shoes. my hunting boots were the widest boots cabelas sold and my feet still hang well over the sides of the sole. I might just always stick with old chuck taylors for wading simply because I can wear them daily til they wear out then wear them down to rags on the stream. cheap
