Unless you're ice fishing, I don't think you'll have much luck finding open water. It's 29 below zero in Viroqua this morning, Madison's 26 below. I can't see the warmer weather coming up doing much good.

On topic though... there will be open water if you know where to look. Questions will be whether fish will be in the mood, how easy it is to get around and whether any significant melt happens.
