Do a lot of the bows in BEC like to jump? Some have told me big trout don't jump very often. That is total bull. I've actually had more of the big ones jump than the average ones. They will do anything to get away and that includes once they are flopping around on land...

So rainbows do violent head shakes? Do most fish? Browns certainly do. Get any further with your cutbow investigation?

thus far every fisheries person I have sent that info to said they are pretty sure it is a cut-bow. I can't imagine what else it would be........

Well I have never had a cuttie for eats yet. Montana it was ALL catch and release for those critters. I imagine they taste similar to a brookie. Then you have a bow. Is the meat pink or white?
