I made it out fishing for a bit on the opener. I didn't catch any fish but it was still a good day. Smile

I went out on New Years Day too. It was cold and I had minimal success. It was great being out there and back on a MN stream.

Good stuff despite the lack of action.

I'm on the fence about going out tomorrow. Looks like a high of 18 for a while. That's like shorts weather.

hmmmm, trout fishing this Sunday or watch Packer game .... -15 air in MN/IA with -50 windchills or +72 on my couch in front of TV .....hmmmmm ... apply ice paste to my line and guides or crack a Spotted Cow on the couch ... hmmmm ...
