Has anyone been using polarized sunglasses with built-in readers and are they worth it? Does the reader make it difficult to wade? Switching between sunglasses and readers is difficult, especially when you are to the point where a hook needs to be removed from a fish.

I have been trying to decide between buying sunglasses with readers built in or buying clip-on flip-down readers to attach to the sunglasses.
