The Counsell stuff or the anal counting with fish?

CC used to open Yount’s fan mail. True.

They handle the biggest I get in the Driftless just fine, but am wondering if they'd be enough if I were to get something larger.

Have off Friday to go fishing and it's gonna be colder than it's been. Not sure I want to drive all the way up to NE WI or over to NE IA.

Chinooks are pretty much done. There’ll be a handful of late fish showing up, but it’ll be largely Coho. That said, one of those Coho I landed was 12-14 lbs.
There’ll be Browns around as well. They can get north of 20 lbs on occasion.

I’d go medium light with 10 lb test in the very least. I was using a medium action rod with 14 lb test, and I still had a couple fish pull me around. Light action with 8 would be a blast with the Cohos, but hook a 15 lb Brown and you’ll be in deep shit.

Hahaha you have one person backing you up, despite our inability to corroborate with extensive Google searching.
Too bad I already bring all the beer, or I might owe you some beer LOL

Oh yeah and it's decided...

Taking my 4'8" UL with 6lb.

I'll just play anything out that I catch.

I'll be that guy walking my fish downstream through 15 other guys. Flapper

Obviously I kid.

I’ll take the medium if I go.

Should I hit the parks? Walk through the woods? Harbor? Dam?

Heard a podcast where someone mentioned fishing the Milwaukee right by M Park.

Foreign country for me although I scoured the Root once.

A PM would be most welcome.

Sorry... I know it's off topic... but it's just hilarious to see that the sign is still there.
