Just curious, how many do you tend to go through in a typical season? I know when I fished with spinners I lost a couple every time out.

yup...2-3 they dull up quickly then

they get donated to local fishing summer school.

Yep they wear and dull. I make about 100 each season and it ain't enough. I have started using .024 wire on all set ups, the havier wire can take a pounding and not get bent up too bad. Good prices thier at PM advert, I like the marabuck chicken.
