just heard update of 15 cars derailed with 5 or 6 in the river.

If any sodium chlorate leaks it could be very bad.

I can see the crew lights from my couch.

The spillway along there has always been a great warm water fishery and great place to get lost in with a kayak. I hope they get that car out and all is good again.

Seems like there have been a lot more derailments in the past few years than previous to that. More trains or less maintenance of the tracks? I hate seeing the spills in the water.

And another derailment on Tuesday. There does seem to have been a rash of them lately.

You are correct sir. I didn't read it closely enough - the locations listed in the two stories are different. Looked like a different event. Shouldn't have had that third beer with breakfast I guess.

Seemed like there was another derailment along that line earlier this year though.
