a size 22 midge is better than a size 12 scud, which is better than a size 2 streamer which is the same as a size 2 jig, which is better than a size 2 treble hook which is better than two size 2 treble hooks... who gives a shit.

but really, why not make hook restrictions, such as no treble hooks, pretty easy to swap a few hooks out on spinners. or a restriction that limits hook gaps to 1/2 inch, go barbless?

It's about time. Maybe they'll eliminate the C&R part from the early season next. Just out of curiosity, what are the rules in MN and IA for January through May as far as C&R go?

MN is C&R only with bait allowed. Iowa has a continuous season I believe but I could be wrong.

Never gonna happen. Plus these votes are non-binding and there was only a 4 vote difference on question 14, so this is far from a sure thing.

Have the posted the resolution results? I don't know if those were the same for every county, but we had some interesting ones in Sauk.

The resolution results are up.

I noticed some counties had the resolution "Ban the ban on bans" LOL

Iowa has a continuous season, and only a handful of streams have size limits and/or lure regulations and/or C&R.
