So I spend a lot of time lurking on here, and often I see the post of someone sharing that they broke the 20" mark, and every time I see it I get filled with envy. I've fished streamers with my fly rod almost exclusively for the past few years while targeting trout, I've caught dozens over 18" long, but yesterday, I got my first LEGIT(I've been to DaBridge once or twice) wisco driftless brown over the mark. 20.75" on the tape. I felt obligated to share it on here as I get some of my motivation from what you guys share so here she is. Excuse the crappy selfie as I was fishing solo.

I was fishing non designated water with my 8 wt with a big black bugger.

Looks like a winner. A lot of times people post trout on here and say that the trout was 20 inches even though they never put a tape on it. I sit there and look at the fish and think to myself, "It's a nice trout but not 20 inches". I can see that your trout definitely qualifies as a bonafide 20 incher. Welcome to the DTA 20 INCH CLUB. What size shirt do you wear and what address do you want me to send the shirt to? ThumpUp

Nice fish! And with a Bugger (one of my favorites). And nice net (just like mine!). I've been waiting to lay a slab of Brown Trout that size across my net for years now.

Well done!
