A link to a video I took a few days ago of some brook trout in a small stream

Hey guys or gals, I hope i'm doing this right, it's my first post. Razz But I'd like to share a video I took of some Brook Trout feeding in a small stream I have been fishing recently. There are a few nice ones swimming around and its cool to see what they do. The video is 20 minutes long so skip around if you like, towards the end a nice brookie shows off to the camera. Enjoy!Laugh

Very nice indeed. Wonderful things those GoPro cameras. I love the mirror image cast of the Trout on the bottom of the water surface. And the white tips of the Brookie fins.

The best gopro videos are the ones where you leave it be for about 45 minutes. Those are the ones where you get some really good wildlife footage.

From your video, I was reminded that any disturbance on the water is noticeable on still waters. Lesson: it's best to stalk your quarry from the shore, rather than in the stream, if possible.

I have a few videos myself. Some of them were taken after chancing on a pool or run that was deeper than I thought - may as well film what's there!

These videos were taken by dropping the camera in the stream and walking away.
