ThumpUp Wow. Gorgeous fish.

That is a beauty!

Definitely a release fish. Since I have been using the video I do not harvest many fish over 15" and most brookies over 12" go free too. If they are injured I eat em and I hate putting smaller non-legal fish back when they are injured but that is the law. Not that I am against harvest, but it really strikes me how old those larger fish are. Especially when you are in N. WI a large brook could be 7=10 years old. A big brown like this pig has to be close to 10 too. That female is a big breeding fish, needs to stay in the ecosystem IMO. I may get this made into an artistic mount from the pics, some of the services are so good you can't tell its not the fish. Also about the same price as taxidermy. :( R
