If it holds, that is very good news.

Not perfect as I don't like to see any waters put at risk as there are living things in all waters (even ones without game fish) and there are smallmouth waters that won't be protected.

Still... good news for the trout.

Some of us or the communities that make money off of us must have gotten in the right ears.
