I'm assuming there are quite a few hunters on here, I'm hoping to go out hunting for the first time here in 2018. I was wondering if you guys know of any hunting forums focused on Wisconsin or just general hunting. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance.

PM feature doesn't work here.
Email me, I'll send you links to upland, waterfowl and whitetail hunting forums.

Some especially good retriever forums and club links.
And if your gonna hunt birds, you NEED a dog!

sbx1@aol.com

Some really nice, welcoming people.

Best of luck,
Stan b

Come on Stan. If you needed a dog to shoot birds, people wouldn’t shoot birds without dogs.

No, having a good dog is one of life's absolute necessities!

Honest!

And, I said "HUNT" birds.
It is one of life's special treats.

I've hunted a bird or two over in your neck of the woods!
Brung my dog too.

If you want to lose a minimal amount of birds in the field you do need a dog.

But if you're fine with leaving wounded or dead birds out there a dog would find. Carry on.

And if anyone wants to hunt behind a dog before committing to getting one plenty of us are just a phone call or email away.

I love dogs and maybe I could finally convince the boss I need one if it’s a better reason then just because.
